Booth rental

$390 a month

Booth rent is available for nail techs only. Available for immediate occupancy. Please submit a contact form or email/text us to schedule a tour.

Suite Rental

$530 a month. Available on March 1st

Suite rent available for nail techs, estheticians, massage therapist, tattoo artist, etc. Included a sink. Please submit a contact form or email/text us to schedule a tour.
